Europeiska cupvinnarcupen i fotboll 1973/1974 vanns av Magdeburg från det dåvarande Östtyskland som i finalen slog AC Milan från Italien. Det var första gången ett östtyskt lag vann en europeisk turnering, medan AC Milan blev det tredje regerande mästaren att inte placera sig bättre än tvåa den följande säsongen.
