Europeiska cupvinnarcupen i fotboll 1967/1968 vanns av AC Milan från Italien som i finalen slog Hamburg från det dåvarande Västtyskland med 1-0. Hamburg blev därmed den fjärde västtyska finalisten på fyra år.
