Europacupfinalen i fotboll 1974 spelades mellan FC Bayern München från Västtyskland och Atlético Madrid från Spanien. Två mål under förlängningen betydde att de två lagen var tvungna att spela en omspelsmatch - bara två dagar senare. Den här gången vann Bayern övertygande med två mål var av tyskarna Uli Hoeness och Gerd Müller.[1]
Omspelsmatchen är den enda i en finalmatch i Europacupens/Champions Leagues historia.[1]
