Europacupen i fotboll 1975/1976 vanns av Bayern München från det dåvarande Västtyskland som tog sin tredje raka slutseger i turneringen då man i finalmatchen besegrade Saint-Étienne från Frankrike med 1–0 i Glasgow den 12 maj 1976[1]. Bayern München fick därmed behålla pokalen, som tillverkats efter att Ajax, Nederländerna vunnit tre raka titlar 1971–1973, och en ny pokal tillverkades återigen inför kommande turnering.
