Europacupen i fotboll 1974/1975 vanns av Bayern München från det dåvarande Västtyskland som tog sin andra raka slutseger i turneringen då man i finalmatchen besegrade Leeds United från England med 2–0 i Paris den 28 maj 1975. Matchen är beryktad för en räcka märkliga domslut till Bayerns fördel. Dessa ledde till att många Leeds fans uttryckte sitt missnöje med domarens insats, kastade bland annat in stolar på planen då de ansåg sig bestulna på segern. Detta medförde att Leeds i efterhand stängdes av från europeiskt cupspel de kommande tre åren. Den franske finaldomaren Michel Kitabdjian dömde aldrig någon större match igen.
