Dwars door Vlaanderen 2022 var den 76:e upplagan av det belgiska cykelloppet Dwars door Vlaanderen. Tävlingen avgjordes den 30 mars 2022 med start i Roeselare och målgång i Waregem. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2022 och vanns av nederländska Mathieu van der Poel från cykelstallet Alpecin-Fenix för andra gången i hans karriär.[1]
