Damturneringen i basket vid OS 1980 i Moskva arrangerades mellan 20 och 30 juli 1980. Sovjetunionen vann guldet, Bulgarien silvret och Jugoslavien bronset. Alla matcher spelades i Olimpijskij och i CSKA Sports Palace.
