Damernas linjelopp i cykel vid olympiska sommarspelen 2008 ägde rum den 10 augusti på Urban Road Cycling Course i Peking. 66 cyklister från 33 länder deltog. Loppet var det längsta i den olympiska damcyklingens historia, hela 126,4 kilometer (dock var det under halva herrarnas distans). Emma Johansson från Sverige tog Sveriges första cykelmedalj på damsidan.
