Damernas C-1 200 meter vid olympiska sommarspelen 2020 hölls mellan 4 och 5 augusti 2021 på Sea Forest Waterway i Tokyo.[1]
Det var första gången grenen fanns med vid sommar-OS och den ersatte herrarnas C-1 200 meter då OS gick mot att bli mer jämställt.[2] Grenen är en tävling i enmanskanadensare (C1) på en distans över 200 meter.
