Clifford Raymond "Cliff" Carlisle, född 6 maj 1904 i Taylorsville, Kentucky, död 2 april 1983 i Lexington, Kentucky, var en amerikansk country- och bluesmusiker. Han var en joddlare i Jimmie Rodgers anda och en av pionjärerna i användningen av steel guitar inom countrymusiken.^[1] Hans karriär sträckte sig från 1920-talet till början av 1950-talet, då han drog sig tillbaka. Han uppträdde ofta med sin bror Bill Carlisle.
