Claire Elizabeth Foy, född 16 april 1984 i Stockport i Greater Manchester, är en brittisk skådespelare.
Foy är bland annat känd för rollen som Amy Dorrit i BBC-serien Little Dorrit från 2008, och som Anne Boleyn i TV-serien Wolf Hall från 2015. Hon porträtterar drottning Elizabeth II i serien The Crown, en roll som hon vann pris för vid Golden Globe-galan 2017.[1]
Mellan 2014 och 2018 var Foy gift med skådespelaren Stephen Campbell Moore.
