Clásica de San Sebastián 2023 var den 42:a upplagan av det spanska cykelloppet Clásica de San Sebastián. Tävlingen avgjordes den 29 juli 2023 med både start och målgång i San Sebastián. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2023 och vanns av belgiske Remco Evenepoel från cykelstallet Soudal–Quick-Step.[1]
