Clásica de San Sebastián 2022 var den 41:a upplagan av det spanska cykelloppet Clásica de San Sebastián. Tävlingen avgjordes den 30 juli 2022 med både start och målgång i San Sebastián. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2022 och vanns av belgiska Remco Evenepoel från cykelstallet Quick Step-Alpha Vinyl. Det var andra gången han vann Clásica de San Sebastián efter att tidigare även vunnit 2019.[1]
