Centralamerikanska och karibiska spelen 2018 hölls i Barranquilla i Colombia mellan den 19 juli och 3 augusti 2018.[1] Det var den 23:e upplagan av centralamerikanska och karibiska spelen.
Det var andra gången Barranquilla stod värd för spelen efter att tidigare varit värd vid centralamerikanska och karibiska spelen 1946.[2]
