Caribbean Club Shield 2020 var planerade att vara den tredje säsongen av Caribbean Club Shield, Karibiens andra fotbollsturneringen. Turneringen var planerad att hållas i Curaçao mellan 3 och 12 april men sköts först upp 30 dagar och ställdes sedan in på grund av coronavirusutbrottet.[1] Concacaf bedömde att turneringen inte skulle hinna spelas klart innan Concacaf League 2020 startade.[2]
