CFU Club Championship 1998 var den andra säsongen av Karibiens klubbmästerskap. Turneringen vanns av Joe Public som i finalen besegrade Caledonia AIA, båda från Trinidad och Tobago, med 1–0. Joe Public kvalificerade sig för Concacaf Champions' Cup 1998 i och med finalvinsten. Mästarna från Guyana och Caymanöarna kunde inte delta denna säsong, varför Trinidad och Tobago fick ytterligare två representanter.
