Byssocorticium är ett släkte av svampar. Enligt Catalogue of Life[1] ingår Byssocorticium i familjen Atheliaceae, ordningen Atheliales, klassen Agaricomycetes, divisionen basidiesvampar och riket svampar,[1] men enligt Dyntaxa[2] är tillhörigheten istället familjen Atheliaceae, ordningen Polyporales, klassen Agaricomycetes, divisionen basidiesvampar och riket svampar.[2]
