Business Roundtable (BRT) är en amerikansk politisk intresseorganisation för verkställande direktörer i de 213 största bolagen i USA.[1] Bolagen omsätter tillsammans tio biljoner amerikanska dollar och sysselsätter fler än 37 miljoner anställda.[3]
Historik
Organisationen bildades 1972 av John Harper (Alcoa Inc.) och Fred J. Borch (General Electric Company) för att tron på övertygelsen att i ett pluralistiskt samhälle, bör företagen spela en aktiv och effektiv roll i bildandet av den allmänna ordningen.
