Baskien runt 2022 var den 61:a upplagan av det spanska etapploppet Baskien runt. Cykelloppets sex etapper kördes mellan den 4 och 9 april 2022 i Baskien. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2022 och vanns av colombianska Daniel Martínez från cykelstallet Ineos Grenadiers.[1]
