Australiens justitieminister (Attorney-General for Australia) är förste kronjurist och minister i det Australiska statsförbundet. Justitieministern ingår vanligtvis i det federala kabinettet men det förutsätts inte per automatik. Enligt kutymen är justitieministern jurist men Australiens konstitution ställer inte juristutbildningen som ett krav. Justitieministerämbetet är en partipolitisk befattning. Premiärministern föreslår sin kandidat till justitieministerposten och utnämningen godkänns av generalguvernören. Efter att ha tillträtt ämbetet åtnjuter justitieministern generalguvernörens förtroende.
Den nuvarande justitieministern i Australien är Mark Dreyfus.[1]
