Audlem är en ort och en civil parish i grevskapet Cheshire i England. Orten tillhör enhetskommunen Cheshire East. Ortens folkmängd uppgick till 1 658 invånare 2011, på en yta av 0,75 km².[1] Audlem nämndes i Domedagsboken (Domesday Book) år 1086, och kallades då Aldelime.[2]

St James the Great Parish church, Audlem, Cheshire, seen from the southwest. The lamp-post on the right is a monument to Dr Richard Baker Bellyse, a 19th-century doctor of medicine who practised in Audlem. Between the Bellyse lamp-standard and the church is the open-sided 18th-century Market House.
