Asen Zlatev, född 23 maj 1960 i Plovdiv, är en bulgarisk före detta tyngdlyftare.

Zlatev blev olympisk guldmedaljör i 75-kilosklassen i tyngdlyftning vid sommarspelen 1980 i Moskva.[1]
