Amstel Gold Race 2022 var den 56:e upplagan av nederländska cykelloppet Amstel Gold Race. Tävlingen genomfördes den 10 april 2022 med start i Maastricht och målgång i Valkenburg. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2022 och vanns av Michał Kwiatkowski från stallet Ineos Grenadiers för andra gången i hans karriär. Vinnaren avgjordes genom målfoto efter en tvåmannaspurt mellan Kwiatkowski och Benoît Cosnefroy.[1][2]
