Afrikanska spelen 2023 hölls i Ghana mellan den 8 och 23 mars 2024.[1] Det var andra gången som afrikanska spelen inte enbart hölls i en värdstad utan tre olika städer blev valda som värdar för de olika sporterna.[2] Städerna som valdes var Accra, Kumasi och Cape Coast.[3][4]
