Herrarnas 60 meter häck vid inomhusvärldsmästerskapen i friidrott 2022 hölls den 20 mars 2022 på Štark arena i Belgrad i Serbien. 45 tävlande från 36 nationer deltog. 24 tävlande gick vidare från försöksheaten till semifinalerna och därefter åtta tävlande till finalen.
Grant Holloway från USA vann guldet efter ett lopp på 7,39 sekunder. Silvermedaljen togs av franska Pascal Martinot-Lagarde på 7,50 sekunder och bronset gick till Holloways landsman Jarret Eaton som sprang i mål på 7,53 sekunder. I semifinalen tangerade dessutom Holloway sitt eget världsrekord på tiden 7,29 sekunder.[1]
