Damernas 60 meter vid inomhusvärldsmästerskapen i friidrott 2022 hölls den 18 mars 2022 på Štark arena i Belgrad i Serbien. 47 tävlande från 38 nationer deltog. 24 tävlande gick vidare till semifinalerna och därefter åtta tävlande till finalen.
Mujinga Kambundji från Schweiz vann guldet efter ett världsårsbästa på 6,96 sekunder. Silvermedaljen togs av amerikanska Mikiah Brisco som satte ett nytt personbästa på 6,99 sekunder och bronset gick till Briscos landsmaninna Marybeth Sant-Price som också satte ett nytt personbästa på 7,04 sekunder.[1]
