Damernas 10000 meter vid olympiska sommarspelen 2012, i London i Storbritannien avgjordes den tredje augusti på Londons Olympiastadion.[1] Endast ett lopp avgörs – finalen. I loppet får alla som uppnått kvalgränserna och blivit uttagna av sin nationella olympiska kommitté delta.[2] Tirunesh Dibaba från Etiopien, som även var regerande mästare efter att hon i Peking 2008 vunnit finalen,[3] vann tävlingen och vann därmed en guldmedalj. Kenyanskorna Sally Jepkosgei Kipyego och Vivian Jepkemoi Cheruiyot vann silver respektive brons.
