Herrarnas 10 km vid världsmästerskapen i simsport 2022 avgjordes den 29 juni 2022 i Lupa-tó i Budapest i Ungern.[1][2]

Italienska Gregorio Paltrinieri tog guld efter ett lopp på 1 timme, 50 minuter och 56,8 sekunder. Silvret togs av Paltrinieris landsman Domenico Acerenza och bronset togs av tyska Florian Wellbrock.[3]
