„List tvoří pět svislých pruhů, bílý, žlutý, zelený, žlutý a bílý v poměru 1:1:6:1:1. V zeleném pruhu bílý vyskakující vlk se žlutou zbrojí a červeným jazykem držící tři žluté obilné klasy. Poměr šířky k délce je 2:3.“^[1]
