Vittorio Jano (1891–1965) and Gianni Lancia (1924–2014). Jano worked for Alfa Romeo until 1937, then for Lancia until 1955 when Lancia quit racing (and Jano moved on to work for Ferrari), while Gianni Lancia headed the Lancia automake until 1955 when he sold. So this pictures is taken before 1955/56 some time.
