The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Spruance (DD-963) cruises the Atlantic Ocean preparing for an early underway replenishment a with the fast combat support ship USS Seattle (AOE-3), not visible. Spruance was involved in a joint exercise, known as "Combined Joint Task Force Exercise". The exercise allowed all services and several countries to train in a joint environment.
