T-58 was the Sukhoi company designation for the Flagon, which was known as the Su-15 in service. It was designed to replace the Su-11 in the interceptor role. This is the second prototype aircraft, built as the T-58D-2. It was later converted into the T-58L. It was previously coded '32 blue' but has now been repainted with a spurious red code. c/n T.58D-2.
