- the bone labelled “Calcaneum” (ca) is not entirely homologous to the calcaneum in amniotes and today is usually referred to as fibulare.
- the bone labelled “Præcoracoid” (pco) is actually the clavicle.
- the structure labelled “Rudiment of sixth toe” (VI) today is usually referred to as prehallux and that its nature as a rudiment is controversial.
