A U.S. Navy aviator bails out through the cockpit floor of a Douglas F3D-1 Skyknight at Naval Air Facility El Centro, California (USA). Like the F3D, the Douglas A3D/A-3 Skywarrior, which was originally designed as a high altitude strategic bomber, never received ejection seats during its service life from 1951 to 1991.
