Virginia National Guard senior leaders host officers from the Finnish Army for a tour Nov. 9, 2018, of the new Virginia National Guard Headquarters at Defense Supply Center Richmond and the Virginia State Capitol in Richmond, Virginia. Brig. Gen. James W. Ring, the VNG Director of the Joint Staff, welcomed leaders from the Finnish Defense Forces including Brig. Gen. Pekka Juhani Toveri, Defence Attaché United States and Canada, and Brig. Gen. Pasi Välimäki, commander of Karelia Brigade.
