This car was first registered in February 1968 at which time it had a 1098cc "BMC A-series" engine. It was sold in approximately 1978 to a gentleman who at that time worked on the maintenance of the city car parks in Cambridge. It has subsequently been lovingly "restored" (recreated?) and according to the DVLA data base is fitted with a 1275cc "BMC A-series" engine. According to information received around 2012 it has also had the brakes replaced so that now the car stops when you use the brake pedal. And the dents have disappeared and the car has been repainted, though it still appears to be coloured in (or close to) "Snowberry white"
