Color postcard. "Pueblo of Isleta, New Mexico, on day of the harvest dance." No. 14837. Trade mark "Phostint" card, reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Published only by Detroit Publishing Co. Back reads, "The annual festival at Isleta takes place on August 28th of each year. The dance is similar in meaning to the harvest dances of the other pueblos and is a prayer for rain and bountiful harvests. Isleta is 13 miles south of Albuquerque, and is the largest pueblo in New Mexico, numbering about 1000 inhabitants."
