- Locality: Hormuz Island (Jazireh-ye Hormoz; Ormuz Island; Jezirat Hormuz; Hormoz), Hormozgan Province, Iran (Locality at mindat.org)
- One of the sharpest such crystals I have seen, of these strange hematites that seem to have come out, if i recall, about the early 1990s. There were never very many of them. This one is complete all around, a floater! 2 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm
