A fit to the HARPS radial velocity measurements of HD 41742 A, retrieved from the HARPS archive and rendered in Systemic. The red measurement is roughly taken from Lagrange et al. (2009), as the DRS measure apparently did not properly converge. The derived orbital parameters for the companion are P = 222.0 ± 0.7 d, e = 0.65 ± 0.07 and M sin i = 0.21 ± 0.06 M_☉.
