Drinking house, so-called Sixtus Villa, on the former compound of the Department II of the Schultheiss brewery, now Viktoria-Quartier, at Methfesselstraße in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The brewery buildings on the compound were built in two stages from 1857 to 1859 and from 1862 to 1873 for the Tivoli brewery; they were taken over by Schultheiss in 1891. The drinking house in the style of a medieval castle was built in 1891 by Karl Teichen. The preserved historic brewery buildings and the drinking house constitute a complex that has been designated as a cultural heritage monument.
