- Locality: Puiva (Pouyva) Mount, Saranpaul, Khanty-Mansi (Khanty Mansiysk) Okrug, Tyumenskaya Oblast', Prepolar Ural, Western-Siberian Region, Russia (Locality at mindat.org)
- This is a complex crystal of fluorapatite with multiple stepped growth terminations. The near colorless crystal has outstanding mirror bright luster on its central faces. The edge faces are enhanced by chlorite growth. There is no apparent damage although the specimen has been contacted at the base where it was wrested from the earth. This is the largest such crystal I have seen for the locality and is MUCH MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. 5 x 4,5 x 1.7 cm
